I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1990. Since then I’ve studied many different assessment and hands-on techniques which I’ve integrated into my practice. I have had the privilege of working with and learning from people of all ages at widely diverse stages in their lives.
Studying Egoscue Postural Alignment Therapy has inspired my work beyond my wildest dreams. The combination of massage and posture therapy has added a new dimension to my practice which has allowed a great number of my clients to experience breakthroughs in pain relief and increased mobility.
I’ll work with you to balance your therapeutic needs with your need to unwind and recalibrate. I love using heat, essential oils, and the best meditative music I can find. My hands-on tends to be slow and specific. I hope that I can help you to explore and enhance your mind-body connection and assist you in regaining control of your well-being.
